1. Who we are

Dynasty 11 is a fantasy football game where you draft squads from real seasons and simulate careers, head-to-head matches and leagues. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information: when you create an account we collect an email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash), a handle and optional display name. You can also play as a guest without an account.

Game data: your drafts, squads, match results, scores, badges, levels and other in-game activity are stored so your career and records persist between sessions.

Usage data: we collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, language and crash or error reports. This is used to keep the game running and to fix problems.

Advertising data: where ads are shown, our advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and interaction data to serve and measure ads. Ads are shown only in solo modes, never alongside live matches against other people.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the game, save your progress, run head-to-head matches and leagues, calculate leaderboards and records, show you relevant in-game messages, provide support when you contact us, keep the service safe, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on these bases: performance of our contract with you (operating the game and saving progress), legitimate interests (service safety, crash analysis, preventing abuse), consent (advertising personalisation where required), and legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the providers that operate the service: our hosting, database and authentication provider, our advertising partners (only where ads are shown), and email delivery when we need to contact you. These providers process data on our behalf under contract. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Retention

We keep your account and game data while your account is active. If you delete your account from the Account screen, your profile and personal data are deleted. Some minimal records may be retained where required for legal, security or integrity purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. EEA/UK users can lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell personal information.

You can edit your handle, display name and language at any time from the Account screen, and delete your account there too. For other requests, contact us through the contact form on this site.

8. Children

Dynasty 11 is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the date below will always show the current version.
